13 CAR § 25-108. Ineligible activities

Small Museum Grants may not be used to fund the following: (1) Acquisitions of objects for the collections; (2) Capital improvement projects; (3) Salaries; (4) Projects that serve a religious purpose or promote religious principles; (5) Exhibitions or public programs that are not available to the general public or taking place outside of the State of Arkansas; (6) Prizes and awards; (7) Expenses for entertainment; (8) Any state or federally funded museums; or (9) Food for special or continuing programs.
