13 CAR § 28-601. Architects

(a) Only architects licensed by the State of Arkansas can be employed on projects receiving Arkansas Historic Preservation Program grant funds. (b) The architect: (1) Prepares plans, specifications, a work-cost breakdown, and other required contract documents for submission to the program; and (2) Will supervise the project. (c) The architect selected by the grantee is encouraged to meet with the program staff to discuss the project in detail.
