Denial, suspension, revocation - Appeal

(a) An applicant or licensee dissatisfied with the action of the Director of the Division of Arkansas State Police in denying, suspending, or revoking a license may appeal the decision of the director under the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, § 25-15-201 et seq. (b) The director may be represented in an appeal by the Attorney General or any of his or her assistants. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5947, eff. 7/1/2019.
