Penalties

(a) An operator, dentist, or dental hygienist who violates this subchapter is subject to § 17-82-316 . (b) The Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners shall employ procedures under § 17-82-317 in assessing penalties under this section. Acts 2009, No. 414, § 1.
