Eligibility

Appropriate inmates shall be chosen for the boot camp program established by this subchapter in accordance with guidelines to be adopted by the Board of Corrections. These guidelines must include a risk profile system to be used in selecting inmates eligible for assignment to the program. Acts 1989, No. 492, § 4.
