State deemed self-insurer

For the purposes of this subchapter, the State of Arkansas shall be considered a self-insurer and shall be exempt from all fees and tax as such. For the purposes of this subchapter, the State of Arkansas shall be considered a self-insurer and shall be exempt from all fees and tax as such.
