Regulatory authority of Secretary of the Department of Agriculture

The Secretary of the Department of Agriculture shall promulgate rules that are necessary to carry out the purposes and provisions of this subchapter. Amended by Act 2021, No. 418,§ 3, eff. 3/23/2021.
