Disposition of moneys

All moneys paid into the State Treasury for the purchase of swamp and overflowed lands shall be appropriated by the General Assembly for purposes which shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of the terms of 9 Stat. 519, Ch. 84. Acts 1937, No. 128, § 6; Pope's Dig., § 8755; A.S.A. 1947, § 10-806.
