Purchase from qualified vendors

The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration shall have the authority to purchase new or used vehicles from qualified vendors in accordance with the Arkansas Procurement Law, § 19-11-201 et seq. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 3505, eff. 7/1/2019. Acts 1983, No. 493, § 9; A.S.A. 1947, § 14-536.
