Video lotteries by institution or facility governed by other wagering laws prohibited

This chapter does not permit the use of a video lottery for any purposes by any institution or facility governed by the: (1) Arkansas Horse Racing Law, § 23-110-101 et seq.; (2) Arkansas Greyhound Racing Law, § 23-111-101 et seq.; or (3) Local Option Horse Racing and Greyhound Racing Electronic Games of Skill Act, § 23-113-101 et seq.
