Rules

The Oil and Gas Commission shall promulgate rules to implement this chapter, including without limitation rules establishing requirements for: (1) Permitting; (2) Application for a permit; (3) Renewal of a permit; (4) The requirements and terms for a permit; and (5) The establishment and operation of a digital asset mining business.
