Hearings - Separation or consolidation of complaints

(a) The commission, in its discretion, when a complaint is made concerning more than one (1) rate, charge, or service, may order separate hearings thereon at such times as it may prescribe. (b) The commission may, for the purpose of a hearing, consolidate complaints when no injustice will arise from the consolidation. Acts 1935, No. 324, § 25; Pope's Dig., § 2088; A.S.A. 1947, § 73-224.
