Lease fund - Investments

Nothing in §§ 12-8-307 - 12-8-310 is intended to prohibit the Department of Arkansas State Police from investing moneys deposited into the Department of Arkansas State Police Communications Equipment Lease Fund, as provided in this subchapter. Nothing in §§ 12-8-307 - 12-8-310 is intended to prohibit the Department of Arkansas State Police from investing moneys deposited into the Department of Arkansas State Police Communications Equipment Lease Fund, as provided in this subchapter.
