Notification of change in information

(a) Policyholders shall notify their insurer of any change in the information contained in the antiarson application, within a period of time to be specified. (b) A material failure to notify or a material misrepresentation in the notification shall be deemed grounds to rescind the insurance policy. Acts 1983, No. 359, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 66-5608.
