Effect of chapter on Acts 1995, No. 501

All laws and parts of laws in conflict with this chapter are hereby repealed. However, to the extent any provisions of this chapter conflict with any provisions of Acts 1995, No. 501, the provisions of Acts 1995, No. 501, shall prevail. Acts 1997, No. 1080, § 14.
