Testing stations

The Director of the State Plant Board shall establish at locations to be determined by the director a sufficient number of checking stations either fixed or mobile to carry out the purposes of this subchapter. However, the number of stations so established shall not exceed five (5) for the state. Acts 1955, No. 50, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-1163.
