Office locations

(a) The main office of the State Highway Commission shall be located in the City of Little Rock. (b) The Arkansas Department of Transportation shall have its office in Little Rock, where complete records shall be kept. Amended by Act 2017, No. 707,§ 362, eff. 8/1/2017.
