Requirements for the method of sale of commodities

The Uniform Regulation for the Method of Sale of Commodities as adopted by the National Conference on Weights and Measures and published in National Institute of Standards and Technology Handbook 130, "Uniform Laws and Regulations," and supplements thereto or revisions thereof, shall apply to the method of sale of commodities in the state, as adopted, or amended and adopted, by rule of the State Plant Board. Acts 2001, No. 587, § 6.
