Habilitative services corporations

(a) There is authorized the creation of habilitative services corporations. (b) A habilitative services corporation shall be a public body and a body corporate and politic. (c) A habilitative services corporation shall be organized to provide habilitative services and other services for individuals with special educational or training needs. Acts 1999, No. 880, § 2.
