Legitimate manufacture, repair, and transportation of prohibited weapons

Section 5 -73-104 shall not be construed to prohibit the manufacture, repair, transportation, or sale of the weapons enumerated in § 5-73-104 to or for an authorized representative of: (1) The armed forces; or (2) Any law enforcement agency.
