Recipients known as Arkansas Governor's Scholars or Arkansas Governor's Distinguished Scholars

(a) Students receiving scholarships shall be known as "Arkansas Governor's Scholars". (b) Arkansas Governor's Scholarship recipients who exhibit extraordinary academic ability shall be known as "Arkansas Governor's Distinguished Scholars". Acts 1983 (Ex.
