Federal actions or compensation not to be duplicated

No actions taken pursuant to this subchapter by the Division of Environmental Quality shall duplicate federal actions, and no claims for the costs of response or other claims compensable under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, Pub. L. No. 96-510, shall be compensable under this subchapter. Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 2762, eff. 7/1/2019. Acts 1985, No. 479, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 82-4716.
