Proof of age required

Before anyone shall be licensed to drive a bus or taxicab in this state, satisfactory proof must be made that the applicant is twenty-one (21) years of age or over and of good moral character. Acts 1919, No. 557, § 3; C. & M. Dig., § 7442; Pope's Dig., § 6654; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-3521.
