Office - Staff

(a) The Office of the State Geologist shall consist of the State Geologist and his or her staff. (b) The office shall be under the direct control and supervision of the Director of Production and Conservation. Amended by Act 2023, No. 697,§ 6, eff. 7/1/2023.
