Terms of court

The terms of court in each county in the Fourteenth Judicial District shall commence on the dates set forth below: (1) Baxter County: On the second Monday in March and the second Monday in September; (2) Boone County: On the third Monday in April and the third Monday in October; (3) Newton County: On the first Mondays in March and September; and (4) Marion County: On the first Mondays in April and October.
