Prosecuting attorney's fees

In the Fourteenth Judicial District, the justices of the peace, municipal courts, circuit courts, and other courts shall assess, in all cases, the prosecuting attorney's fees provided by law, and all such fees shall be paid into the county treasury as provided by law. Acts 1977, No. 950, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 24-114.1b.
