Notary's protest

(a) The protest made by a notary public under his hand and seal of office shall be evidence of the facts contained in the protest. (b) The certificate of a notary public, under his hand and seal of office, that he forwarded notice of protest shall be prima facie evidence of the fact stated in the certificate. Rev.
