Sheriffs', coroners', and constables' bonds

(a) Actions on the official bonds of sheriffs and coroners shall be commenced within four (4) years after the cause of action shall accrue, and not afterward. (b) A certified copy of the bond shall be evidence in all suits brought on the bond. (c) No suit shall be brought on any bond of a constable after the expiration of four (4) years from its date. Rev.
