Rule 3.15. Financial Reporting Requirements

(A) A judge shall file annually the financial disclosure statement required by A.R.S. § 38-542 or other applicable law. The completion and filing of the annual financial disclosure statement fulfills the reporting requirements set forth in this code. (B) Reports made in compliance with this rule shall be filed as public documents in the office designated by law.
