Rule 1.5. Discovery

A. 1 At the Pre-Trial Disposition Conference the defendant may inspect and copy all relevant written information in the possession of the prosecutor, excluding work product and the names of informants where disclosure may result in substantial risk to the informant. The defendant may inspect and review physical evidence in the possession of the prosecutor.
