Rule 4.21. Disclosure of Witnesses and Exhibits

Each party must comply with the following disclosure requirements: (A) Each party must promptly exchange a list of all witnesses, including their names and telephone numbers; (B) Each party must promptly exchange a list of all exhibits; (C) Such disclosure must be made not later than 2 days prior to the time of the hearing; and (D) Each party shall promptly supplement the witness and exhibit list whenever a new witness or exhibit is discovered.
