Rule 22. Findings and Judgment

A. If the court finds in favor of the City, the court shall enter judgment for the City and impose a civil sanction. B. If appropriate, the court shall enter an order of abatement and a date for compliance with that order. C. If the court finds in favor of the respondent, the court shall enter a finding of not responsible.
