Rule 6. Amending the Charging Document

A. The court shall permit a charging document to be amended at any time before judgment if no additional or different violation is charged and if substantial rights of the respondent are not prejudiced. B. The charging document shall be amended to conform to the evidence adduced at hearing if no addition or different violation is charged and if substantial rights of the Respondent are not thereby prejudiced. C. All amendments to a charging document shall relate back to the date of violation.
