Rule 2.2. Scope

These rules shall apply in all proceedings involving the adjudication of civil parking infractions or civil violations under the City Code and shall supplement the Rules of Civil Procedure in Civil Traffic and Civil Boating Violation Cases. These rules shall in no way serve to restrict or limit a judicial officer's lawful authority or discretion.
