Rule 2.24. Right to Appeal
A. Any party may appeal to the Superior Court from a final order or judgment in a civil violation case as provided by law. Any appeal shall be governed by the Superior Court Rules of Appellate Procedure-Civil. B. Immediately following judgment and imposition of civil sanction after hearing, the court shall notify the defendant in writing of the right to appeal. Such notice shall state that a right to appeal exists, the applicable time limit, and the location and manner of filing the notice of appeal. It shall also refer the defendant to the rules governing the appeal process. C. A defendant who admits responsibility waives the right to appeal.
