Rule 401. Scope of Rules

(a) Application. The Rules in Part IV govern procedures in adoption proceedings. (b) Interpretation. The court should interpret the rules in Part IV in a manner that protects the rights of the parties and the child's best interests and gives paramount consideration to the child's health and safety.
