Rule 36. Disposition by the Superior Court

After determination of an appeal, the superior court may: (a) Affirm the action of the trial court and remand for further proceedings; or (b) Affirm in part and reverse in part and remand for further proceedings; or (c) Reverse the action of the trial court and remand, if necessary, for further proceedings, including a new hearing; or (d) If the record is deemed insufficient, order a trial de novo in the superior court.
