R2-8-306. Approval of Social Security Disability

Upon receipt of a Social Security disability income benefit, a member shall immediately remit to: 1. The ASRS the amount of the Social Security disability income benefit necessary to offset the LTD benefit; or 2. The ASRS contracted LTD claims administrator the amount of the Social Security disability income benefit necessary to offset the LTD benefit.
