R12-14-629. Hearing Record

A. Maintenance. The Commission shall maintain the official record of appeal and hearing. B. Transfer of record. Before the Commission makes a final administrative decision, the party may request that the record be available for its review or duplication. Any party requesting a copy of the record or any portion of the record shall make a request to the Commission and shall pay the reasonable costs of duplication. C. Release of exhibits. Exhibits shall be released: 1. Upon the order of a court of competent jurisdiction; or 2. Upon motion of the party who submitted the exhibits if the time for judicial appeal has expired and no appeal is pending.
