R3-5-104. Fees

A. A person shall pay the following fee to the Department before the SAL will review the application for laboratory certification to perform an agricultural laboratory service: 1. Initial fee, $200 per certification; or 2. Renewal fee, $100 per certification. B. Except as provided in A.R.S. § 41-1077, the applicable fee is nonrefundable.
