R3-8-604. Disciplinary Action

To determine the disciplinary action that is appropriate, the Director may consider the following: 1. Prior violations, 2. Dishonest or self-serving motive, 3. Amount of experience as a licensee, 4. Submission of false evidence or statements or other deceptive practices during the investigative or disciplinary process, 5. Acknowledgement of wrongful nature of violation, 6. Practices put in place to prevent a similar violation from occurring again, 7. Compliance with a corrective work order, 8. Degree of harm resulting from the violation, and 9. Whether harm resulting from the violation was cured.
