R4-1-115.02. Continuing Professional Education Advisory Committee

A. The Board may appoint an advisory committee to assist in the evaluation of CPE. The committee shall make advisory recommendations to the Board concerning the following: 1. CPE programs; 2. A registrant’s satisfaction of CPE requirements; and 3. A registrant’s compliance with disciplinary orders requiring CPE. B. The Board, in its discretion, may accept, reject, or modify the recommendations of the advisory committee.
