R4-23-118. Prehearing Conference

A. Procedure. The Board may hold a prehearing conference. The conference may be held telephonically. The Board may issue a prehearing order outlining the issues to be discussed. B. Record. The Board may record any agreements reached during a prehearing conference by electronic or mechanical means, or memorialize them in an order.
