R4-28-1302. Service of Pleadings Subsequent to Complaint and Notice

A. Service of pleadings subsequent to complaint and notice of hearing shall be made by personal service or by mail to the last known address of record of the party, the party’s statutory agent of record, or the party’s counsel. If service is made by mail, response time shall be increased by five days. Service by mail is complete upon mailing. B. Any person filing a pleading or brief with the Department shall also file with the Attorney General.
