R4-2-203. Challenge to Petition; Waiver

A. The Board is not required to investigate a challenge to a petition for election filed under A.R.S. § 23-1389(F). B. If a respondent fails to file a timely challenge to the petition for election under A.R.S. § 23-1389(F), the right to challenge is waived.
