R4-33-601. Definitions

“Owner” means the person responsible for ensuring an assisted living facility training program complies with this Article. “Instruction,” as used in this Article, means the act of teaching knowledge and skills in a classroom or through the use of technology. “Resident” means an individual who lives in an assisted living facility. “Student cohort” means a group of individuals who begin participation in an assisted living facility training program at the same time.
