R4-36-501. Definitions

A. The definitions in A.R.S. §§ 30-901, 37-1311, and 40-1301 apply to this Article. B. Unless otherwise specified, in this Article: 1. “Administrative approval” means approval by operation of law when the State Forester does not request additional Arizona Administrative Code 4 A.A.C. 36 information or modification within the statutory review period. 2. “State Forester” means the same as in A.R.S. § 37-1302 or the State Forester’s designated representative.
