R4-45-206. Licensure Based on Organizational Registration or Certification

The Board shall issue a license to an applicant without examination if the applicant: 1. Is qualified under A.R.S. § 32-3523, 2. Files an application for licensure under R4-45-201, and 3. Is registered or certified as a respiratory therapist by the NBRC.
