R4-6-209. Deadline Extensions

A. Deadlines established by date of service may be extended a maximum of two times by the chair of the Board or the chair of the ARC if a written request is postmarked or delivered to the Board no later than the required deadline. B. The Board shall not grant an extension for deadlines regarding renewal submission or late renewal submission. C. If a deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or official state holiday, the Board considers the next business day the deadline.
