R4-7-1405. Business Entity Registration: Denial

If the Board denies a business entity registration, the Board shall send the applicant written notice explaining: 1. The reason for denial, with citations to supporting statutes or rules; 2. The applicant’s right to seek a fair hearing to challenge the denial; 3. The time periods for appealing the denial; and, 4. The right to request a settlement conference with the Board’s authorized agent.
